So, you've heard of Nine Inch Nails? But have you really struggled to comprehend all the fragmentary details witheld in each composition they have produced? Sure, some people hold the conviction that their anthems promote negative behaviour and belittlement of others- well they do to those who cannot be open minded to facts of life and legitimate feelings experienced by us all. Conversely, we who realise that within these songs, besides all the "fucking one like an animal" we know contained are some awesome viewpoints, designed to make one explore the other side of life, complimented with a slice of deviancy - just what we all need!
If you were unsure about Nine iNch Nails , you will either been totally inspired to buy all their albums or completely disgusted and will despise them - all after one visit to this site...
Enjoy....or not....

Trent Reznor (Born Michael Trent Reznor), arrived on May 17 1965. At the ripe old age of five his music career had already began with the piano. However, that same year his parents had divorced leaving Trent to be raised by his maternal grandparents. He also studied the tuba and saxaphone and spent a lot of his time forming bands, to relieve himself of being an outsider.
At Allegheny College, Reznor was educated in computer engineering, then he moved to Cleveland where he played in many musical groups. Yet, there seemed to be little fulfilment for him so he formed his very own Nine Inch Nails in 1988. It was basically a one man show, with Reznor doing the majority of writing, performing and producing. Chris Vrenna was the only other band member at the time, except when other musicians were required for tours.
During 1990 the debut album "Pretty Hate Machine " was released which gained Nine Inch Nails their first taste of commercialisation.(see review of album)
Their next release was the EP "Broken" during 1992 earned Reznor his first Grammy as "wish" won an award for best metal performance.
In 1994 the long awaited second album was released, "The Downward Spiral". This album is a true illustration of Nine Inch Nails, and especially Trent Reznor's musical prowess.

I want to know everything...
I want to be everywhere...
I want to fuck everyone in the world...
I want to do something that matters...

This is Trent Reznor, the man behind the Nails.
Here he is posing beautifully against a tree(I don't know what to say about his pants though)

Thanks for stopping by and taking a peek at my page, dedicated to the legendary Nine Inch Nails. Here you can find cd reviews, band member profiles, a photo gallery, and maybe a bit more.
I am still working on the site, so any suggestions are welcome(and critisisms).
Feel free to e-mail me on nine_inch_snailz@hotmail.com, or sign the guest book.
Do come back regularly as this page is still a tad thread-bare.
Once again, thank-you for taking the time to check it all out.
Y'all come back now y'hear?
